Inland Kenworth in Fontana CA captured top dealer honors at the Kenworth Customer Support Meeting in Indianapolis IN recently. The California company was named Customer Support Dealer of the Year for its efforts in providing parts and service support. The dealership was selected from Kenworth's 295 dealers in the United States and Canada.
Also announced were Regional Customer Support Dealers of the Year. These winners were: Canada — Edmonton Kenworth, Edmonton, Alberta; Central — MHC Kenworth, Grand Junction, CO; Northeast — Wisconsin Kenworth, Madison WI; and Southeast — Truck Enterprises Roanoke, Roanoke VA. Inland Kenworth was also the West regional winner.
More than 500 Kenworth parts, service and body shop managers, and top dealership management attended the Customer Support Meeting. Participants attended six seminar sessions and a trade fair featuring more than 100 truck parts suppliers.
