American's management team includes: Louie Normand, chief executive officer; Bo Lindsay, president; Alan Walls, chief financial oficer; Eric Schmieder, director of parts procurement; Joe Hylton, assistant parts manager; and Joey Golden, service manager.
This group's focus is complete customer service, offering parts, service, truck washes, or driver assistance.
