With a load capacity of 55,000 pounds in 10 feet and 50,000 pounds in four feet, the new steel Transcraft DTL 2100 dropdeck trailer meets general to heavy hauling needs. Available in 48- and 53-foot lengths and 96" and 102" widths, the DTL 2100 has high-tensile-steel front and rear plates and 4"-high sills and pipe crossmembers. Various steel or aluminum options are offered.

The Hendrickson Intraax AA-230L air-ride suspension weighs 170 pounds less than HT-230 systems and other air suspensions. A Binkley EZ-Shift landing gear has 140,000-lb static load-rated legs. A wheel-sensing ABS system is standard and virtually eliminates flat-spotted tires; extended-service brake linings are included. The lighting system features Grote SuperNova LED lights with male pin connectors, coupled with a USA Harness wiring system that is double sealed and locked in place to prevent loose connections. It carries a five-year warranty (including the urethane paint) on parts and labor.

An optional, five-year 500,000-mile package is available and includes the electrical system, Intraax suspension, axle and wheel ends, landing gear, trifunctional bushings, air springs, and all structural components. For full details, contact Transcraft, PO Box 500, Anna IL 62906.
