The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is planning new, expanded features for the ConExpo Asia 2007 exhibition, which it owns and produces. ConExpo Asia 2007 will be held Dec 4-7, 2007, at the Chinese Export Commodities Fair (CECF) Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou, China.

ConExpo Asia 2007 will be held in a new location, and there will be new equipment demonstrations and educational programs. Show equipment demonstration areas will cover paving and milling, compaction, earthmoving, compact equipment, and hand-held and walk-behind equipment.

For education, customer delegations and customer groups are analyzing the program from the 2006 ConExpo Asia for modification and expansion. That program included tracks such as recycling, safety, construction management, rental and leasing, and machinery applications and efficiencies.

AEM is developing several new initiatives, and the association's Beijing, China, office will be moving to a new location in the city to better accommodate its expanded activities.
