Michael O'Connell has been named vice-president of sales and service for Holland USA Inc, a subsidiary of The Holland Group Inc. He joined the company in September 2003 as director of truck OEM sales. Holland USA has announced that John Marquette has been named OEM account manager for its truck sales team. He most recently was national fleet accounts manager.
The OEM Truck Business Unit of Webb Wheel Products Inc has hired Philip J Caplan as OEM account executive. He comes from SKF Automotive Business Unit, where he most recently was corporate purchasing manager. Webb also appointed Mike Self director of manufacturing, Jeremy Zills engineering manager, and Dwayne Smith controller.
Federal Signal has appointed John Gruber vice-president of corporate development, replacing Duane Doerle, who retired earlier this year. Gruber joins the firm from Grand Vehicle Works Holdings LLC, where he assisted the chairman with strategic activities and business transactions.
