The Holland Group Inc has announced that Ken Hurst has accepted the position of vice-president of operations for Holland USA. Most recently, he was vice-president of operations (USA and Mexico) for Benteler Automotive Corp.

Peterson Manufacturing has appointed Jim Rowden as its new vice-president-engineering. A Peterson associate since 1996, Rowden replaces Tim Murphy, who is retiring after more than 21 years with the company. Murphy will continue as a Peterson consultant through 2007. Rowden most recently served the firm as engineering manager.

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC has promoted Bob Johnson to aftermarket sales regional director for the Southern region. Johnson, who began his employment with Bendix in 1989, most recently was an aftermarket senior account manager in Texas.

Phillips Industries has promoted Pat Clift to national sales manager-trailer OEM. He will be headquartered at the Electrical Harness Division in Dallas TX. Clift previously served in sales, new business development, and operations, as well as being responsible for the company's two Canadian warehouses.

Joe Panella has been appointed vice-president-North American sales for Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems Division. He joins Haldex from Behr America after previous experience with ArvinMeritor, Honeywell, and Cummins.

Havco Wood Products LLC has promoted Larry Wiggs to vice-president of sales. He was formerly the sales manager for Havco.

Steve Holt has been promoted to serve as Accuride Corp's senior vice-president/strategy, growth, and technology. He previously served as the company's vice-president/strategic management and CIO. Terry Neal has joined Accuride as general manager of AccuSolutions. Most recently, Neal served as division manager-operations customer cupport for Bendix LLC.

Al LaRhette has joined Ridewell Suspensions as Northeast regional sales manager. His territory includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, the District of Columbia, and Michigan. He has an extensive background in truck equipment and applications with almost 40 years in the industry. Jerry Steele has retired from Ridewell. He spent 14 years with the suspension manufacturer where he served as vice-president of sales and as representative for trade shows and a customer service liaison. Steele has been in the transportation industry more than 40 years, including 17 years with Trailmobile and 10 with Tri-State Motor Transit.

Bustin Industrial Products has appointed David Dixson director of sales and marketing. Eric Colborn has been promoted to sales manager.

Kent Anselmi has been appointed OEM account manager for Akron Brass Co and will be responsible for the North Central United States. He previously was municipal district sales representative. Butch Momchilov will also become an OEM account manager responsible for the southeast United States. He most recently served as a product manager. Tim Van Fleet has been promoted to director-OEM sales and will retain responsibility for the Midwest. Roger Beckler has been promoted to director-OEM sales and also will be responsible for his existing accounts. Randy Smith has been hired as a district sales manager covering North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. He has extensive experience in the industry. Jeff Benson, who most recently served as a district sales manager, has been named product support manager.

Melton Technologies (MTI) has promoted J Ronald “Ron” Hudnell to vice-president and general manager. He has executive experience managing company operations as well as extensive marketing and sales expertise in the trucking industry.

Bug-O Systems Inc has appointed Clay Cable as the sales manager for Canada. Formerly, he was an inside sales agent.

ANSUL announced that George Kanugh has filled the newly created position of business development manager for the MAGNUM Rapid Intervention Vehicles (RIV). He brings to the position more than 25 years of experience in the fire service industry and has a vast knowledge of fire apparatus.
