The first China Special Vehicle and Spare Parts Exhibition (SVSP 2004) will be held at an exhibit hall containing more than 2,690,000 square feet of exhibit space. Approximately 270 special purpose vehicles are expected to be displayed from different industries, according to Michael Swendrowski, overseas agent for the event.

In conjunction with SVSP 2004, the hosts will also sponsor the first China Specialty Vehicles Trading Fair, which includes forums to promote foreign sales into China. Policies, regulations, product requirements, and purchasing procedures specific to China will be explained, and negotiations will be facilitated. Purchase orders for equipment are expected at the expo, and exhibitors will be invited to bid on Chinese projects.
