An Autocar Xpeditor concrete mixer truck was displayed at the 2003 World of Concrete Show in Las Vegas, signaling the Autocar's intent to broaden its vocational product offering.

The Xpeditor WX low-cab-over engine (LCOE) mixer truck combines the Dana-Spicer tire pressure control system—a lower cost, lighter weight alternative to all-wheel drive systems—and the Autocar T-Ride suspension, designed to maintain traction over rough, uneven terrain.

The truck is engineered to deliver superior off-road traction and stability compared to conventional mixer trucks equipped with all-wheel-drive, according to Michael Popovich, Autocar vice-president of sales and marketing.

The truck was displayed as part of the London Machinery exhibit at the World of Concrete show this week. The vehicle was fitted with an attention-grabbing red white and blue, stars and stripes London Mixer body.
