Durakon will remain at Lapeer MI facility

Durakon Industries, a manufacturer of cargo management, accessories, and systems for the light-truck market, has reached an agreement with the United Auto Workers to continue manufacturing specialty cargo bedliners at its Lapeer MI facility for the next year. During that time, it will continue to try to reduce manufacturing costs.

The company continues to maintain its headquarters in Lapeer and its Technical Center for Advanced Engineered Products.
