Buyers Products Co finishes distribution center, offices

Construction of Buyers Products Co's new distribution center and offices has been completed in Mentor OH.
The new facility was designed to support Buyers' fundamental principles of customer service, maintaining items in stock, shipping orders promptly, and offering the lowest possible price.
“This facility allows us to triple the number of orders we are able to ship per day,” said David Zelis of Buyers Products.
The new 172,000-square-foot distribution center features a bar-coding and computer system to track inventory and order processing. Orders will be picked from a three-story picking tower and routed to one of 22 dock doors for prompt shipment. Buyers shipped its first order from the new facility July 29.
