Track employee training history with ease

Dec 1, 2007 12:00 PM

Shift Schedules has released a series of Excel Spreadsheets that can keep track of employee training in a precise, organized manner. Simply enter training information in a table, and the spreadsheet organizes it into summary reports so the user can easily review the training history for all his employees.

Training records can be filtered to display only records of interest related to type of training, training location, instructor, or dates. Training histories for each individual can be generated and either printed or automatically e-mailed to the employee. A table and chart are created to show the training history for all the user's employees so he can easily spot individuals with inadequate training in a specific area.

The spreadsheets are available for between 25 and 200 employees and are priced at less than $2 per employee. To download a copy of a spreadsheet and use it freely for evaluation, access www.shiftschedules.com/Trainingtracker.
