NAPA honors Phillips Industries as top-rated supplier

Jay Lott, heavy-duty general manager for NAPA, visited Phillips Industries recently to present its Heavy-Duty Supplier of the Year Award for 2007. All Phillips employees were on hand to be part of the recognition ceremony. Rob Phillips, director of operations, said, “We have asked everyone at Phillips to be part of this recognition ceremony because you all had a hand in helping us meet the demands of NAPA. We all can take pride in having received this prestigious award.” Many personally accepted Lott's appreciation for a job well done.
Each year, top suppliers to NAPA are evaluated on criteria that assist them in meeting customers' expectations. Phillips received the highest overall rating for its efforts in 2007.
