NAPA names Eaton heavy-duty supplier of the year

Eaton Corporation has been named 2006 Heavy Duty Supplier of the Year by NAPA Auto Parts. The award recognizes the performance of Eaton’s Hydraulics Operations plants in Cleveland, Tenn., and Columbia City, Ind., and its sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Eaton earned top recognition from NAPA’s Heavy Duty Sales group for achievements in nine business areas: sales promotions, marketing plans, shipping, product quality, local sales support, in-field training, cataloging, communications and clinics/technical information. Eaton supplies Weatherhead hose and fittings for trucks and construction equipment to NAPA’s 65 distribution centers, which supply more than 6,000 NAPA stores in the U S.
