Geocel partners with Huntsman

Geocel and Huntsman Advanced Materials, developer and supplier of Araldite adhesives, are partnering to address extreme high-performance adhesives applications in the transportation non-automotive market. Araldite adhesives cover a range of applications and offer both production and performance benefits to the OEM heavy-duty vehicle building industry.
Geocel selected the Strategic Distribution Affiliation with Huntsman based on Araldite's adhesive range of choice in a variety of industry sectors ranging from aerospace to sports goods for more than 60 years. Araldite adhesives will be used to replace mechanical bonding techniques in the assembly and repair of heavy-duty semitrailer applications, recreational vehicles and trailers, truck and utility bodies, and specialty vehicles including bus, fire, and rescue. Technologies Geocel will be offering are two-component polyurethane, methacrylate, and epoxy adhesives.
