Dana Executive Dies

Neil Valentine, 57, director of material planning at Dana Corporation's Commercial Vehicle Systems group, Kalamazoo, Mich., passed away Aug. 16 as the result of injuries incurred from an accident in late July.
He is survived by his wife — Christine (DeVries) Valentine, of South Haven, Mich.; and two children - Nicholas Valentine of Boston, and Laura Valentine of Madison, Wis.
Valentine was with the commercial vehicle divisions of Eaton and Dana for 33 years, holding various management positions in sales and operations. As director of global sales, he spearheaded Dana's commercial vehicle efforts in China over the past three to four years, in particular the Dana-Dongfeng joint venture.
