Betts Spring acquires Life-Time Fenders

Betts Spring Company announced today the acquisition of Life-Time Fenders LLC of Canfield, OH.
Betts is a diversified manufacturing and distribution concern primarily serving the transportation sector. Life-Time Fenders produces metal and plastic fenders to the heavy duty trucking industry.
Life-Time’s well respected fender products compliment Betts’ offering of bar and spring load type mud flap hangers and the innovative DirectFlex System®to create an unparalleled array of spray suppression solutions.
