Betts Spring acquires Life-Time Fenders

Betts Spring Co has announced the acquisition of Life-Time Fenders LLC of Canfield OH. Betts is a diversified manufacturing and distribution concern primarily serving the transportation sector. Life-Time Fenders is a provider of metal and plastic fenders to the heavy-duty trucking industry.
Life-Time's fender products complement Betts' offering of bar and spring load-type mud flap hangers and the DirectFlex System to create an array of spray suppression systems.
