Positor acquires Lucky B Manufacturing

Montreal-based Positor Inc., through its parent company, Nuera, has reached an agreement to purchase all shares of Lucky B Manufacturing in Cookeville-Sparta, Tennessee.
Both companies have been trailer parts distributors for over 20 years. The combined operation will result in a one-of-a-kind North American distribution network of utility and recreational trailer parts and components.
"We are pleased to have acquired a company whose values reflect those of Positor," said Pierre Normandin, president and CEO of Nuera. "The transaction is particularly significant for Positor in that it will enable us to gain a strong foothold in the U.S. market. It will also strengthen our position as a leading one-stop shop supplier of trailer parts."
