Commercial Vehicle Group to expand manufacturing facility in Mexico

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., announced today that it plans to expand its
Electrical/Mechanical Division (EMD) by adding a 175,000 square foot world-class manufacturing and technology facility in Agua Prieta, Mexico. The new facility will consolidate three existing facilities currently operating in
Agua Prieta and provide for future growth and expansion.
"This new facility marks a major milestone in driving the future growth
and success of CVG's Electrical/Mechanical Division," said Bill Haushalter,
vice president and general manager of EMD. "This facility will further
enhance CVG's position as a leading global supplier to the commercial
vehicle market."
A facility groundbreaking date is expected later this month.
