Buyers Products Acquires Assets Of Lotridge Rubber Company

The owners of Buyers Products Company have announced the acquisition of certain operating assets of Lotridge Rubber Company of Botkins, Ohio. This acquisition of assets leads to the formation of a new entity named Boomerang Rubber, Inc.
Boomerang Rubber specializes in recovering scrap and waste tire rubber and recycling these materials to produce high quality mud flaps, bed mats, industrial/agricultural mats and compound material.
Boomerang Rubber has retained key personnel; and will remain at the Botkins, Ohio, facility which has been in continuous operation since 1954.
