    Hendrickson Sells Stake in MBHA

    Hendrickson has completed the sale of its 50% stake in Muelles y Ballestas Hispano-Alemanas, S.A. (MBHA) to InvestZiur. 

    Following the agreement on the acquisition of the leaf spring and stabilizer segments of the Austrian Frauenthal Group in June, which is expected to close at the end of 2014, Hendrickson has completed the sale of its 50% stake in Muelles y Ballestas Hispano-Alemanas, S.A. (MBHA) to InvestZiur.
