The Haldex Monterrey, Mexico, plant, which manufacturers spring brakes and service chambers, will be moving the beginning of the third quarter of this year.

As Haldex’s business continues to grow in North America, the current facility does not have space to expand for new business, planned new product offerings or product improvements. Located only seven miles from the current site, the new location is in a modern industrial park just outside Monterrey, near the International airport.

The new location will provide more space for the plant to expand its in-house manufacturing capabilities, update the Quality Assurance testing laboratory, streamline production lines and optimize the flow of material within the plant.
