Cummins Filtration has reaffirmed plans to fully support service requirements of 2010 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)-equipped engines with Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). A urea-based chemical, DEF is designed specifically for use with modern SCR systems that support compliance with EPA 2010 diesel emissions standards.

Since 2003, Cummins Filtration has been a supplier of DEF, formerly known as StableGuard Urea. As an established supplier of DEF, this product is designed and blended to meet OEM specifications as well as ISO 22241-1 and AUS 32 industry standards.

Cummins Filtration offers DEF in several packaging options, including bulk, plastic, and disposable totes and plastic drums. These range from 55 to 330 gallons. Smaller packaging sizes and dispensing equipment will soon be released. These products are available through Cummins Filtration distribution network.
