Loading Automation Buys Advanced Handling Systems from Morgan

Loading Automation, Inc. of Wilmington, North Carolina, has acquired Advanced Handling Systems, Inc. (AHS), a materials handling and systems integration firm based in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, from Morgan Corporation.
As part of the sale, Loading Automation assumes all assets, inventory, trademarks, patents, names pertaining to AHS and responsibility for aftermarket parts and warranty. As part of the transaction, AHS products will still be available through Morgan Corporation as Morgan will become a national distributor for Loading Automation, Inc. systems.
